Storytelling September

Have you ever noticed how Jesus has a pattern of telling stories and asking questions? He is a masterful teacher!

Our daughters frequently ask, “Will you tell me a story?” This picture captures where we sit to share many stories together. Before bedtime they also request I ask them questions. I think it helps them feel loved and it helps them process their day when I guide the conversation through curiosity.

I totally get it! Personally, I learn most from stories and questions too. What about you?

I want to let you in on something . . . There is an exciting project taking place behind the scenes right now, and I would love for you to participate! I will give you more details, as I am able, but for now, here is my request:

Will you email me your personal story of a specific way God has clearly shown up in your life? Big or small, I want to hear an account of the way He made Himself known to you. Is there a specific time He received credit for an answered prayer or worked out a situation in a miraculous way, or displayed His power in your life? There is no limit on the type of story to submit, as long as it is true!

So please email me your story at this email address: info@thesavvysauce.com. I can't wait to read it!

Thanks for sharing :)

“O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.” Psalm 34:3 (KJV)

Gratefully,

Laura
